Who and what this covers

This policy describes the WorldHashgraph website and associated service. For privacy questions or requests, contact the WorldHashgraph team. Linked websites, wallets, and blockchain networks have their own practices.

Information we process

  • Accounts: email, name if provided, optional company, account role, account and login dates, password hashes, and session credentials. Passwords are processed to authenticate you and stored as salted hashes rather than plain text.
  • Signup and contact records: registration creates a signup record in the team's contact-management system. Contact forms record your name, email, optional company, subject, message, source, and account association when available, along with related team correspondence and notes.
  • Newsletter: email, signup source, pending or confirmed subscription status, confirmation attempts and dates, delivery errors, and unsubscribe status. Subscription uses an email confirmation step. Creating an account does not itself subscribe you to the newsletter.
  • Following and saved settings: followed subjects, selected network/data scope, saved preferences and layouts, alert rules, activity snapshots, alerts, and digest email settings.
  • Existing reports: order and buyer references, requested report scope, quoted payment details, wallet and transaction references, payment verification, delivery status, and generated materials associated with existing purchases. Report purchases and prelaunch recovery are unavailable. Older order records may still exist; contact us with questions about them.
  • Public-source information: agent and registry identifiers, public profiles, blockchain addresses, topics, transactions, messages, transfers, timestamps, and derived relationships or classifications. Sources include public ledgers, registries, directories, and publicly available profile material. Identifiers or profile information can relate to a person.
  • Request and security information: IP addresses or other request identifiers used for abuse limits, request timing, errors, and technical information processed by the service and its hosting or delivery providers.

Email and a password are required to create an account; company is optional. Contact and newsletter forms identify required fields. You can browse public pages without providing account details. Do not submit sensitive personal information, passwords, or wallet recovery phrases in an inquiry.

Why we use it

We use this information to provide accounts and requested features, authenticate access, save preferences, monitor followed subjects, respond to inquiries, manage signup leads, send requested newsletters or enabled digests, handle questions about prior order or payment records, and prevent abuse or troubleshoot failures.

Public-source records support agent discovery, activity analysis, and evidence-based displays. Derived classifications and scores summarize available signals and may include automated rules or inference; they are subject to the data and conclusions disclaimer.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing depends on the purpose: providing a requested service or taking steps at your request, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service and researching public activity, consent for the confirmed newsletter subscription, and legal obligations where applicable. You can withdraw newsletter consent by unsubscribing.

Public and private information

Public agent profiles, identifiers, observed activity, and derived displays may be visible to other visitors. Providing account or contact details does not make those details part of the public agent directory. Account credentials, inquiries, newsletter records, Following settings, and any retained older order records are handled through the service's account or team access controls.

A public blockchain transaction can reveal an address, amount, time, memo, and other network records to anyone. WorldHashgraph cannot erase or change the original blockchain record. Changing a WorldHashgraph display does not change copies held by independent sources or other people.

Providers and disclosure

Hosting and infrastructure providers process requests and service data to operate the website and API. Email delivery integrations process recipient addresses and message content for confirmations, inquiries, and enabled digests; the service supports Resend for email delivery. If you choose to connect a wallet, the wallet and its connection services process the connection, and blockchain or RPC services process relevant network requests.

Team members with the appropriate access use account, inquiry, and delivery records for support and administration. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims, subject to applicable law.

A provider's processing location and practices depend on the service and configuration. Contact us for information relevant to your request, including applicable international-transfer details; this policy does not promise a particular data residency or certification.

Browser storage

The site uses local storage and session storage for login tokens, Demo/Live Mainnet choices, activity windows, scoped view and search preferences, onboarding dismissal, dossier position and size, cached graph data, Following snapshots, and remembered wallet connection state. Local storage can persist after you close a tab; session storage is tied to the browser tab session.

You can remove stored information through your browser settings. This can sign you out, reset preferences, or disconnect remembered wallet state. It does not erase server records or public blockchain data. Sign out and use a trusted device to protect your session.

Retention and account closure

Retention depends on the purpose and type of record: active account and feature needs, inquiry resolution, subscription and opt-out preferences, payment and delivery history, security investigations, and applicable legal requirements. Different records can have different lifetimes; there is no single automatic deletion period for every record.

Account closure removes the account, sessions, follows, and associated saved monitoring settings. The current service also removes buyer delivery artifacts while retaining unlinked order history. Separate contact inquiries and related correspondence can remain after their account link is removed. Newsletter opt-out records are retained to respect unsubscribe choices. Closing an account does not automatically unsubscribe a separate newsletter subscription.

Before closing an account, keep any delivered report you need. Use the unsubscribe link for newsletter choices and contact us about deletion of separate inquiry or other personal records. Retention needed for legal obligations or legitimate claims may limit deletion, as permitted by law.

Your choices and rights

Use Account to update supported profile details, change your password, adjust digest email settings, or close your account. Use Following to manage monitored subjects. Newsletter emails provide an unsubscribe route.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, or receive a portable copy of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent and complain to your local data-protection authority. You can contact us to exercise these rights; we may need proportionate information to verify that the request concerns you.

Objection: where applicable, you may object to processing based on legitimate interests, including processing of public-source personal information, and to use of your information for direct marketing. Contact us with the relevant public identifiers or records so we can assess your request. Public availability does not remove personal-data rights.

Security

The service uses password hashing, session checks, access controls, and request limits. No website, provider, or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Protect your password and devices, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Privacy and security notices required by law remain separate from ordinary revisions to research data.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as practices or legal requirements change. The date above identifies this version. We will provide any additional notice or obtain consent required by applicable law; an update does not remove your legal rights.

Send privacy questions, complaints, or rights requests through Contact us. Describe the information or account involved without sending a password, private key, or recovery phrase.
