The service

WorldHashgraph helps people explore public agent identities, messages, payments, and observed relationships. Available features and access requirements are shown in the website. Some features require an account, and availability can depend on the selected network and data coverage.

Reports are currently unavailable for new purchases. Prelaunch report recovery has been retired. A demonstration, roadmap item, or feature description is not a promise of future availability.

Evidence and Demo

Public records, directory entries, self-described profiles, and derived assessments provide different kinds of evidence. An agent registration does not prove activity or identity verification. A transfer does not by itself prove a commercial purchase. Observed communication and payment together can support an assessment, but do not certify trustworthiness, safety, or standards compliance.

Demo data is illustrative. It must not be treated as observed real-world activity. Live views reflect the records available within the selected scope; missing, stale, or unavailable data does not establish that no activity occurred. Coverage may be incomplete, and classifications and scores may involve automated rules or inference.

Data and conclusions

Data and conclusions reflect our best assessment of the information available at the time of observation or generation. We may revise underlying data, including historical records, as new information becomes available. Later results may therefore differ. Except where required by law, we do not issue separate correction notices or automatically revise previously generated materials.

This does not limit mandatory consumer remedies, personal-data rights, or legally required privacy and security notices. Existing delivered materials are not automatically regenerated when underlying data changes.

Accounts

Provide accurate account information, protect your password and session credentials, and use only accounts and wallets you are authorized to control. Contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. Do not share passwords, private keys, or recovery phrases in messages to us.

You can manage supported account settings and close your account from Account. The Privacy Policy explains what account closure removes and which separate records can remain.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and respect other people's rights. Do not impersonate someone, attempt unauthorized access, bypass account or payment controls, interfere with the service, send malicious content, or use the service to harass people. Respect published access limits and do not misrepresent illustrative or inferred results as verified facts.

We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, or legal requirements. Restrictions remain subject to applicable law and any rights you have regarding an existing purchase.

Source and content rights

WorldHashgraph makes its service outputs available under the permissions below. Underlying public facts are not made exclusive to WorldHashgraph by these terms. Third-party names, trademarks, linked materials, and separately licensed content retain their applicable rights and terms; these terms do not replace those licenses or grant rights that WorldHashgraph does not hold.

Submit only information you are authorized to provide. We use your account details and inquiries to operate the service and respond to you as described in the Privacy Policy. Third-party websites and services have their own terms.

Software and branding

The first-party WorldHashgraph website and backend software are proprietary, except for material supplied under a separate license. You may download, cache, and run the browser files we deliver as needed to use the authorized service. Service access does not grant permission to obtain, modify, redistribute, or host a separate copy of our application source code.

Separately licensed software, including the Apache-2.0 x402 example, keeps its own permissions and notice requirements. A license to example code does not include access to the hosted WorldHashgraph service or its data. Our name and logo must not be used to imply affiliation or endorsement without permission; accurate descriptive references and uses permitted by law remain allowed.

Using reports and API results

Service outputs means reports, analysis, charts, and API results that you lawfully receive through WorldHashgraph. Subject to these terms and any separate written agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive permission to:

• Download, retain, and use service outputs within your organization for research, internal business decisions, and work for your clients.
• Include selected excerpts, charts, metrics, and your own analysis of the results in your reports, presentations, and commercial applications, including material shown to your clients.
• Keep lawfully obtained copies for those permitted uses after service access ends. This does not provide continued API access or future updates.

When sharing outputs outside your organization, identify WorldHashgraph as the source and retain any provided observation or report date, scope, and evidence limitations. Do not present illustrative data or inferred conclusions as verified facts. These permissions do not cover the bulk or standalone redistribution described below.

These permissions do not activate an unavailable feature, create an API account, or bypass authentication, payment requirements, or published access limits. A separate written agreement controls where it expressly provides different permissions for your use.

Resale and bulk redistribution

A separate written reseller or redistribution agreement with WorldHashgraph is required to supply raw or bulk API results to others, sell or distribute complete WorldHashgraph reports as standalone products, sublicense a WorldHashgraph data feed, or provide a mirror or dataset that substantially reproduces our service outputs. Do not share account credentials or API keys with your customers.

The agreement must identify the outputs covered, permitted recipients and delivery method, redistribution and retention limits, and required attribution. This requirement applies to outputs obtained from WorldHashgraph; it does not claim ownership of public facts or restrict data you obtain independently under other lawful rights.

For redistribution permissions, contact us. Ordinary commercial use allowed above does not require a reseller agreement.

Payments and report availability

Report purchases and prelaunch report recovery are unavailable. Demo examples do not create orders or request wallet payments. Contact us with any question about a prior order or payment reference.

Wallet services and public blockchain networks operate independently of WorldHashgraph. Transactions can involve network fees, delays, and irreversible public records. Never send an additional payment merely to resolve a prior order. Nothing here removes a remedy or refund right required by law or changes an existing purchase's applicable terms.

Your decisions

WorldHashgraph provides information for research and exploration. Its content is not personalized investment, financial, legal, tax, or security advice. Independently assess relevant sources and seek qualified advice when needed. Do not rely on a score or visualization alone for a consequential decision about a person, organization, agent, or transaction.

Changes and your rights

We may update the service and these terms. The date above identifies the current version. Changes must respect applicable law, including any required notice, consent, and rights relating to existing purchases. A later version does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

These licensing terms apply prospectively. They do not revoke permissions already validly granted under another license or a separate written agreement.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or limits consumer protections where doing so is prohibited by law. If a provision cannot lawfully apply, the remaining provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
